4. Pricing & Payments

- Full or partial payment may be required before work begins
- All payments made are final and non-refundable once service has been completed

- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices
- Zen-vanta Enterprises is not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery issues during repair
- Passwords may be requested only when necessary for testing or repair
6. Warranty on Repairs
We may offer a limited warranty on certain repairs (if stated at the time of service) Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage after repair
- Liquid damage
- Power surges
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
7. Unclaimed Devices
- Devices not picked up within [e.g., 30 days] after service completion may attract storage fees

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
